Our rules for cancellation policy are as under:

• Cancellation before 30 days of trekking date- 5% deduction from the total tour cost
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days of trekking date- 50% of the amount will be deducted and you will receive 50% of the remaining amount
• Cancellation in less than 15 days of trekking date- No cash refund
• Please Note: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking deducting the cancellation charge.
